Hit and Miss is a Sky Atlantic drama starring Chloe Sevigny. It follows transgender hitman Mia as she discovers that she has a son by her late former girlfriend, Wendy, and Mia's attempts to bring her family together.

Tropes:

Dead Guy, Junior: Sort of. Mia's son Ryan is named after her male identity. So "Ryan" would have been dead to Wendy.
Easy Sex Change: Completely subverted. Mia has to take hormone pills and use hormone cream; she starts to panic when she misses them for a single day.
Gender Reveal: Within the first five minutes, in a piece of full-frontal nudity.
Hitman with a Heart: Mia turns out to one of these, especially when she adopts the kids as her own.
Jerkass The Landlord (and his son).
