Incrementalism is the philosophy it's better to have all the information that might be relevant to the trope or work page than not at all. Believers in this tend to be less concerned with natter and material being on the main page being put on subpages than they are in getting all the information, believing it can always be sorted out later. This is the opposite of Essentialism.
