Base Breaker: While most of the world regards him as a more sympathetic dictator and in general has a neutral or positive opinion of him, in former Yugoslavia he is either loved or loathed. As a general rule of thumb, he is mostly held in high regards by Bosnian Muslims and Macedonians while the rest is deeply divided. Strangely enough he isn't nearly as much of a Flame Bait then contemporary figures from the region.
