Kenji Akabane
Kenji Akabane is a Japanese voice actor born in 1984. He was first noticed as the one who filled Hiroya Ishimaru's shoes in voicing Kouji Kabuto in Shin Mazinger Shougeki! Z-Hen. From that point on, he's been more active in various other series.
