• The anime adaptations were done by Studio Trigger (and clearly had former Gainax employees involved), need I say more?
• Shiny Chariot. She's the first witch to appear in the series, and she starts things off with a spectacularly badass magic show! She's also got quite a repertoire for amazing feats with her magic throughout her life. So much so that she could very well be considered among the most important characters in the entire story.
• In the original pilot short film OVA, Akko and her friends encounter a giant minotaur in a labyrinth within the academy grounds. Even Diana who is constantly being praised as the best upcoming witch at the academy in ages couldn't defeat it alone. Instead, Sucy deals with it by getting it to drink one of her potions... Leading to it dying rather gruesomely as its flesh melts off its bones. Thank you Discretion Shot!
• Akko being able to find and even use the Shiny Rod. Even if it's sometimes a fluke, her achievements with it are still awesome.
• Episode 18, "Sky War Stanship", of the anime... Twice as badass if you've seen the series it has references to.
