Chiaki at this point wields a ridiculous amount of authority and the Venenum was quite possibly obliged to indulge Chiaki. The Venenum was even in a relationship! This power imbalance was probably to the Venenum's liking as it gave her an excuse for doing something sexual with someone that wasn't her partner. To her disappointment, Chiaki shoved her away. Chiaki was just asking for water.
