I twisted my body to get the gun off my head right when he fired. Using the momentum, I backfisted him on his head. The question about the safety is a well-known technique. It causes the shooter to hesitate by making him wonder if the safety really is on. But the technique only works against inexperienced people, since skilled people like him will shoot without hesitation. But I took that into consideration and provoked him to fire. I knew he would fire right away. Sure enough, he fired instantly and fell right into my trap.
