- Sex scenes are not explicitly shown. However, blacked out screens with distinctive moaning will tell anyone older than a certain age what's going on.
- Well, exact for one scene. But to get to it, you have to actually defeat the toughest boss in the game, then return and choose the middle option. Making this in fact the Golden Ending.
- Exact Words: Ambrosia says the following to a Literal Genie Cthulhu to get the rare Easter Egg above:

- One of the monster's names is One Eyed Snake. Guess what happens to you when you lose a battle to it? You get raped.
- In fact, when you lose to Cthulhu, Cyaegha, or Yog Sothoth, you get Mind Raped, and then before the Earth is destroyed, tentacles attack you (sorry, no tentacle hentai shown here, it's a "vine" attack).
- To say nothing of the sexual shots that are left out, much of the game has Mind Screw and some seriously disturbing themes mixed in. All of which is kept low-key, as if it's a story meant for children.
