I can't stand the sight of a sandwich without flumwurst.
Park Bench is a webtoon created by Anthony Mercer. It is about three young men who enjoy flumwurst sandwiches and sitting on a bench.
This series provides examples of:
- Comic Trio (Quill, Whit, Tully - although they aren't exactly like the roles described in the article)
- The Chick (Jenny, starting from episode 15)
- Fake Nationality
- Fake Americans (Tully and Jenny, both voiced by Englishman Anthony Mercer)
- Fake Brit (Goker, whose voice actor, Niels Neuteboom, is Dutch)
- Cross-Dressing Voices (Jenny)
- Elephant in the Living Room (no-one seems surprised by Goker and Pitchfork's "unusual" looks, as well as the flumwurst salesman's wings in episode 19) (also an example of Non Standard Character Design)
- Breaking the Fourth Wall (Episode 13 (lampshaded in the credits) and 14)
- Halloween Episode (Episode 14, although it's really just an excuse to kill everyone off)
- Parody Episode (attempted in Episode 16, but the Professor messes it up a bit)
