Hey, It's That Voice!: In the Italian dub there are many notorious voice actors. Among others, Hotsuma is Trunks, Moritsune is Kakashi, Hiruko is Guldo and Kurokuda is Doflamingo.
- The Japanese version had Daisuke Kishio, Toshiyuki Midorikawa and Wataru Takagi as major roles.
Name's the Same:
- The second boss in Revenge of Shinobi is called the "Shadow Dancer", which was also the name of the original Shinobi's arcade sequel.
- The organization that Joe destroys is called Zeed. If memory serves, Kenshiro murdered a mohawked ruffian of the same name.
- The first boss in the arcade game is named Kenoh. Raoh would still murder him.
Port Overdosed: The 1987 arcade game was ported to every computer and console available at the time, and has been included on several compilations since then, too. It's everywhere.
