* [[Cross-Dressing Voices]]: Chilly Willy is male. His original voice actress was Sara Berner (1912-1969). A number of subsequent entries into his series were voiced by Grace Stafford (1903-1992) and Bonnie Baker (1917-1990). Averted in the shorts where Willy is voiced by [[Daws Butler]] (1916-1988).
* [[Hey, It's That Voice!/A to H|Hey Its That Voice/A-H]]: [[Daws Butler]], was the voice of Smedley Dog and (occassionally) Chilly Willy. Butler was also familiar to fans as the voice of Loopy de Loop, ''[[Quick Draw McGraw]]'' and Baba Looey, [[The Huckleberry Hound Show|Huckleberry Hound]] (who had the same southern drawl as Smedley), [[Yogi Bear]] and Snagglepuss, Wally Gator, Peter Potamus, etc.
