* In ''[[We Are All Pokémon Trainers (Roleplay)|We Are All Pokémon Trainers]]'', Vlad and Dintel's misadventures earn the Gliscor a Salamence-shaped Pokédoll. His Trainer gives it to Nadia the Salamence, who starts talking to the plushie about her issues and her lack of confidence after being hurt and rendered unable to fly. Eventually the plushie, nicknamed [[How to Train Your Dragon (novel)|"Toothless"]], starts answering back and providing counsel. And it's not the only one.
