Youko Hikasa (日笠陽子) is a seiyuu from Kanagawa and was born in 1985. After watching [[Sailor Moon]], she was inspired to become a voice actor and eventually attended Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyūjo. She has a beautiful, energetic singing voice and typically plays [[Tall, Dark and Bishoujo|mature, composed female characters]], [[Playing Against Type|although she also lends her talents]] towards giving voice to [[Manipulative Bastard|manipulative]] or [[Jerkass|obnoxious]] characters.
