This eliminated the Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal's only actual appearance, yet the latter is still mention in some of the Guide's entries that were moved up earlier in the books. It seems that the Hagguenons were John Lloyd's idea and Adams doesn't want the complications of including concepts that were not his own.
