Starfish Girl

In a post-apocalyptic world, the only survivors live in an Underwater City called The Dome.
Then for the survivors, It Got Worse. A type of yellow algae is mutating humans into sea-life. The only way to slow down the mutating effects of the algae is to get clockwork implants made by Dr. Ichii. However this turns them into mind-controlled slaves of the Doctor.
Ohime is a girl with a starfish growing out of her head. She is on a mission to find "nice people". While on her journey she is rescued by Timbre, a woman with sea anemone hair. Oh, and she's an ex-henchman of Dr. Ichii. Now they are both on the run from Dr. Ichii and his henchmen. Because Ohime knows a way out of The Dome.
