Engrish: The Ang Lee/angry/Hulk joke only works because Ang Lee directed The Hulk, and the Hulk's catchphrase is "you won't like me when I'm angry".
Only Lee could write/perform such a layered joke. His genius is to notice the connection and mine a complex joke from it.
The lame pun about a dentist appointment at 14.30 (tooth hurty) is a deliberate juxtaposition of a trulylame pun with his Ang Lee pun which, whilst appearing to be lame, actually has a lot of thought behind it.
