Studio Rot: Started in 2009 , the studio stopped doing art films (like Mind Game, Tekkon Kinkreet and Genius Party) and started doing nothing but adaptations (like Green Lantern Emerald Knights and ThunderCats (2011)); the same time was also when alot of the staff (like Shojiro Nishimi) left 4C because of this and pay cuts (yet the people who stayed at 4C did get this fixed) to go to other studios like Telecom Animation Film (Nishimi came from Telecom to 4C because of lack of work that he was getting there, but he came back to Telecom because of what was going on with 4C), Studio Gainax (the people who did not end up at Telecom ended up hear) and Kyoto Animation (because of Kyoto's cheaper rent, yet said people did not show up at Kyo Ani until Q3/Q4 2010).
