Hmmmmm... a cross between Blackmail and Malicious Slander. "Threat to Accuse" would make a good name, and would also allow for "do what I say or I'll falsely accuse you of kidnapping" (e.g. Aria, episode 1).
Abomination Accusation Attack is similar, but you're talking about a specific case of slander.
