I don't know if this has expired or what, but I don't mind the current title other than that it says "Wiki Words" instead of "WikiWords". Maybe explain what it means, too.

"WikiWords" says TVTropes to me. How about "We Will Use CamelCase in the Future" instead?

Good point -- it's associated with types of wiki software other than MediaWiki. OTOH this trope seems to be about words glued together to make new futuristic ones, not necessarily involving camelcase.
