All possibilities coexist within the Vellum - it is a geological complex of the past, the present and the future; of the parallel realities; of realized and unrealized possibilities; of entire worlds built upon the bones of dead stories and unrealized decisions. This metaphysical complexity is reflected in the literary complexity of the stories the author Hal Duncan has created. |
