  • In Godfather Part III, right after the famous "Just when I thought I was out." Line, Michael ends up suffering from a stroke. It starts out as Nightmare Fuel at first as it looked like Al Pacino was suffering from one for real. However it becomes this, when he shouts one name before he collapses.

Michael: FREDO!!! FREDO!!!!!
