Ensemble Darkhorse: Amano's sister, Megumi Amano, is very popular among fans for her sexyness and being a strong source of fanservice for the viewers. One of people's biggest gripes in New Saga is how she was not included in the cast there.
Everybody Remembers the Stripper: Nevermind the huge, epic plot about the

god of gods and parallel worlds and the destruction and birth of the world; most fans and the meager media coverage this gets focus almost exclusively on the Naughty Tentacles. This partly owes itself to the Sequelitis.

Franchise Killer: New Saga suffered backlash for unnecessary changes in the storyline, characters, sloppy writing, unnecessarily violent scenes, poor animation, and poor characterization. Notably, no other movie or series was made after it.

Jumped the Shark: Many fans find that the series went downhill after the second installment.
Just Here For Godzilla: Many people nowadays just watch Urotsukidouji for the sex/rape scenes or for Amano to show off his badassery. New Saga is one of the worst case of this, as its only redeeming quality for some people is the nicely animated fanservice scenes played in all three episodes.
Sequelitis: Later installments pretty much did away with the plot and butchered the continuity of the previous ones to feature only Naughty Tentacles.
Squick: Bodily fluids abound.
