I have watched AW Gundam X and I also went to the cleanup page.

Can you add that into Google and visit the first page:

TV Tropes Complete Monster Cleanup Nomoa Long

According to that page, Nomoa Long isn't even close to hitting off the criteria for Complete Monster. He only has bad crimes to his name, but was apparently still redeemable, has redeeming qualities and a reasonable excuse for what he was. (Losing the colonies he worked with to the opposite force and wanting revenge to them.)

Can you check this?

I have also watched it,and I'm afraid I have to disagree.

While he had an understandable motive, he callously used Carrus Nautilus as a pawn, even being willing to see him reduced to a catatonic flesh puppet just to pilot a mobile armor, all in the name of revenge.

He lied to Carrus over and over again, willing to watch the guy die just to accomplish his revenge, and he committed suicide rather than answer for his crimes afterwards.
