Hello! Thank you for the image File:Cecilie von Spitzweg.JPG.jpg - it fills a hole on the Characters page for that work. Just one thing... What's the usage license for the image?

I'm certain it's either covered by fair usage or in the public domain, but for the life of me, I can never remember the semantics, so I didn't want to select one and be wildly off the mark, you know? (Of course, I could be wrong. It's a screenshot of the anime, if that helps? I'm not sure where that falls?)

That does help, yes. No anime is old enough to have fallen into the public domain, so this has to be fairuse.
