File has been deleted, overwritten, deleted again, and protected.

It seems to be an intermediary caching issue between me and Miraheze's servers, as RhinosF1 and paladox have checked everything with their servers, or it could, potentially, be a MediaWiki-related software issue as I have encountered this on English Wikipedia, but I'm wondering if you might want to try something. Instead of overwriting the image with the a black thumbnail (which I, and potentially other Canadians, can't see as we still see the overwritten image), would you be able to try deleting the page(s) and creation protecting the titles limited only to administrators on this wiki? Or is there a specific reason why you prefer to simply overwrite the image? Not sure of your local procedures, but this, I suspect, may be a workaround.

@Dmehus, the file is now deleted and protected so that only admins can upload a file with that name. If you can still see it, then it may be your ISP that's caching the file - I'm in Ottawa so it isn't an issue with anything at the international border.

@Robkelk Thanks...I suspect it was either an intermediary caching issue or a caching issue within MediaWiki somewhere (have had a similar issue on English Wikipedia). This was a good workaround as now I indeed see the file is deleted and protected and cannot view any histories, earlier revisions, and the like.

Ah, didn't know you were in Canada as well. My ISP is Telus and I'm in Kelowna.
