However, your proposed new page, The Chew Toy/Other, has been rejected for several reasons:

  • The Chew Toy does not currently list examples on subpages, as can be seen just by looking at the page.
  • The medium you listed the one example on it under, "2-D Animation", is already covered by the Western Animation section on the main topic page.
  • And finally, the entire contents of the proposed new page was essentially a single plain paragraph with absolutely no markup at all, not even a bullet point or italics. As you may have noticed, All The Tropes has a unified "look and fee", which we implement with standardized templates that must appear on every page to properly integrate it into the wiki. That is why we have things like the Page Creator and the "Create New" button on every page -- to give editors "skeleton" pages with all the required markup already in place. If you were to recreate this as a subpage -- which you shouldn't -- we would recommend that you click the "Create New" button on The Chew Toy, then go down the menu that opens to "Other" and click that.

Please resubmit your edit as two new examples on The Chew Toy -- one for the live-action Mr. Bean and a separate one for the animated series. And please use all the proper markup. Failure to do so will just result in your edit being rejected again.

Thank you and we look forward to your further contributions to the wiki!
