Vladimir and Mr. Smith
Mr. Smith is about to direct a production of A Midsummer Night's Dream when the actors start getting the a feeling that there is something suspicious in the theatre. Mr. Smith decides to let the actors investigate the theater after hours...
Vladimir and Mr. Smith is a children's educational web series on theatre. It stars an egomaniac (but incredibly adorable) vampire puppet named Vladimir who steps in to play Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
The show is composed mostly of rehearsals of the play as well as asides with some of the actors and the "actor's corner" in which one of the actors talks about a subject in theatre.
The show is fun, informative, and in general great for teaching kids about theatre. The eponymous Vlad is a funny and involving character with which most of the other characters have great chemistry with.
The first episode can be seen here.
