Warhorses of Letters was a 2011 BBC Radio 4 series based on discovered letters about two horses - Marengo and Copenhagen - who are in love. This is a bit of a problem as they are warhorses on opposing sides in the Napoleonic wars; Marengo and Copenhagen are the war horses of Napoleon and Wellington.
