The remake, while it fixes some of the worst typos, somehow manages to come up with its own that are just as bad - "How do we get thru this barrier?" indeed. In both, Jack's surname is supposed to be ''Vambrace'', which is why he calls himself "The armguard." "Van Burace" makes the metaphor meaningless.

** Where the hell did "Arch" come from when the original translation was "cocoon" in the remake's version of the prologue movie at Arctica?
