Wild ARMs 5/YMMV
- Anvilicious: Racism and closed class systems? Bad.
- Bittersweet Ending: Although the world is saved and Veruni and humans will now live in peace, Avril is stuck in an infinte Stable Time Loop for all of eternity, never to be with Dean except for the brief period during the game.
- Crowning Moment of Awesome: Several during the series of final boss battles: Most especially Dean's initial assault with the monowheel and Asgard getting his other arm back.
- Rebecca and Carol's combo Limit Break where Rebecca surfs on a giant freakin' missile and unleashes all of her ammo before jumping off!
- Crowning Music of Awesome: Pretty much all of the soundtrack.
- At the Frozen Depths of the Heart, the Ice Queen Avril. battle theme.
- The TF Towers:
- TF System Tower M: Persephone's Tower A Muzzle Dancing in Hatred.
- TF System Tower G: Fereydoon's Tower With Faith and the Way of Justice.
- TF System Tower S: Elvis' Tower If We Act Like Scholars.
- TF System Tower F: Kartikeya's Tower The Resurrected Left Arm That Brings Death.
- Narm: While his voice actor does a good job most of the time, Nightburn's commercial.
- That One Boss: Several, but the Four Sentinels are among the most difficult each having an attack that deals insane amount of damage being downright One-Hit Kill. The fact they have means to counter their own weaknesses also doesn't help either.
- They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: general consensus is that the ending is less interesting than it could have been on several accounts: explaining Avril's amnesia with "It was a Stable Time Loop" and Volsung's villainy with "He was Brainwashed and Crazy". Many were hoping for more intricate, complex answers to those questions, rather than explanations that can literally be summed up in one trope.
