Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" is quite an Ear Worm. Pretty much everyone can recognize the melody, and most people know the lyrics, at least approximately. Thanks to Small Reference Pools, it's parodied rather often, most commonly by various fandoms. More specifically, the part usually being parodied is at 3:02, from "I see a little silhouetto of a man" to "Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me for me, for me!". The lyrics are changed, the melody left fully intact, the whole thing is pretty much always named [adjective directly related to the theme] Rhapsody.

Another common type is to make a cover and change the melody drastically or to use voices that just don't fit.
