- Channel Hop: Dick actually hosted three concurrently running series—one on each of the three major networks—during the 1980s: American Bandstand aired Saturdays on ABC; The $25,000 Pyramid aired on weekday mornings on CBS; and TV's Bloopers & Practical Jokes aired weekly on NBC during primetime hours. In addition, he concurrently hosted The $100,000 Pyramid, which ran in syndication.
