Just the whole damn thing. From children being disintegrated by gunfire in a ridiculously gory fashion, people being literally torn to shreds (organs and all), to giant worms erupting from people's bodies, this series is pretty damn screwed up. Special mention goes to the hospital scene in Episode 1. There is more gore in this 5 minute sequence than the whole of Elfen Lied.
