- When Winston and Ray have a heart to heart talk while on a drive at night during Winston's first day of work. What got to this troper was just how scary Winston's question was. And the realization that the reason they were busting was to prolong the end of the world.

- The library scene from Ghostbusters isn't exactly the scariest scene in a movie, but it can really catch you off guard if you haven't seen it before. It may be Nightmare Retardant for some people.
