Big Name Fan: The late Stan Lee confirmed that Lobo is his favorite DC character.
Colbert Bump: DC fans and more notably YouTuber Christian Frates have helped people rediscover this cartoon.
Keep Circulating the Tapes: The website went defunct in 2002. Fortunately, the episodes can be found on YouTube.
Mid-Development Genre Shift: It was originally going to be a family-friendly Kids WB show but was changed to an adult-oriented web series because making a family-friendly version of Lobo was at best problematic.
The Other Darrin:
- Greg Eagles replaced Brad Garrett, and was himself replaced by Kevin Michael Richardson in the sixth episode.
- Sunny Jim was originally voiced by Dee Bradley Baker, before being replaced by Tom Kenny in the third episode.
