While he was jailed in Alcatraz, Al Capone left clues to his treasure for someone to discover after he does. Fujiko enlist Lupin's help in putting the clues together. Then a rival gang kidnaps Fujiko, and Lupin enlists the help of Jigen and Goemon. The three rescues Fujiko, get to Alcatraz before their rivals, and then evade capture from Zenigata once again.

Lupin uses the map and collects Capone's treasure.
