Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | From the creators of MTV's Downtown comes this action cartoon, an affectionate spoof of "guy culture", science fiction, Anime and anything that was "cool" in The Eighties. If Neon Genesis Evangelion is the Deconstruction of the Humongous Mecha genre, then Megas XLR is the Demolition. It is also possibly the American precursor to Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. It is one of the few mecha shows to get unanimous praise from 4chan's Anime, Cartoons & Comics and Mecha boards.[2] |
