Rachel Meghan Markle (August 4, 1981 - ) was an actress whose career began with an uncredited role on Married... with Children. She worked her way up the acting ladder, eventually landing her first recurring role as Rachel Zane in Suits.

Then she fell in love with a prince. Prince Harry, to be specific. And he fell in love with her.

They married in 2018, she became Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (becoming the best-known American member of the British Royal Family), and she gave up her acting career for a career as a royal. But she became a favourite target of the less-reputable members of the press, being a divorcee and a non-white who dared to marry into the Royal Family. As a result, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave up their day-to-day duties as members of the Royal Family and moved to California, and her public appearances have been limited to interviews ever since. As of the second decade of the 21st century, she and her husband run the Archewell charities.
