If you need a character to voice a guy who might have a few screws loose and is some degree of Jerkass, you're probably going to want to hire Michael Lindsay to voice him. His earliest notable role was that of Joe Kido from Digimon Adventure, though he'd soon start playing against this type.
Most recently, you can hear him as Kankuro in Naruto. He's also the voice of Kisuke Urahara from Bleach. In the realm of video games, he made a stint as Leon Magnus in Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology.
