Reiko Takagi is a seiyu from Osaka that is famous for voicing the Teen Genius Kaolla Su of Love Hina, and like Masayo Kurata, seems to like Token Mini Moe roles. These days, though, she had the liking of voicing Cute Shotaro Boys like Sakura of Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan.
