** Sayaka and Kyoko, in this case they were presumably equal in the officio hierarchy, but during the quest Sayaka became the boss of all Eversors in the 9th (including Kyoko). That (kinda) didn't last long because shortly thereafter got a promotion in which Kyoko became Chiaki's aide and Sayaka became Chiaki's Equerry. So while Sayaka still technically outranks Kyoko, Kyoko and Sayaka are likely, in practice, to typically report directly to the same person (Chiaki).

** Enyo was in love with Raleigh (her commander) and said she was going to confess. That was in a flashback and (as of this writing) their current relationship status hasn't been mentioned.
