** Harpie girl. Lolicon + Stripperiffic = [[Brain Bleach]]. The censorship was missed in the first run and was fixed later, but it was too late. It's harder to find the ''censored'' version.
** Both [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Fairy's_Hand_Mirror Fairy's Hand Mirror] and [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Spring_of_Rebirth Spring of Rebirth] feature fully naked angels on their arts, and both were never censored in the English version of the game.
▲** Aqua Chorus. You have to look close, but the dress is see-through, and there are nipples in the image.
** [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Drillago Drillago] has an... Umm... "Drillbit" sticking out ''right'' on its crotch area.
** While most of the cards with, well, suggestive materials, usually just women with low-cut shirts/dresses or high-cut skirts will be edited for international release, they somehow didn't edit [http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Fairy%27s_Hand_Mirror this].
**The [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Thorn_Prisoner Thorn Prisoner] theme has all sorts of hardcore BDSM applied on its members' design, such as [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Thorn_Prisoner_Van Van] hanging from a cross and [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Thorn_Prisoner_Darli Darli] being perpetually [[Bound and Gagged]] to a breaking wheel.
*** Nude women are really nothing new. (They always have something to cover their naughty bits.) The card "[http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Spring_of_Rebirth Spring Of Rebirth]" proudly displays a fully naked angel on top of a fountain, [[Godiva Hair|her long hair being the only thing protecting her modesty.]]

Rush Duel]]'', being aimed at both actual children and older fans who were rather tired of the OCG, would unsurprisingly have this (although the explicitly kodomo-based playerbase do require the art team to hold back a little on things like explicit nudity and gore, which can be seen with the lighter tone of the general art direction in the game). Some examples:
** One that got caught by the Radar got arguably made worse! [http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Artworks:Ultimate_Offering Ultimate Offering]. Fixing the sight of blood by drawing a whole new artwork of a [[Body Horror|monster bursting out of another]] ([[Nightmare Fetishist|grinning]]) [[Body Horror|monster's head.]] [[Refuge in Audacity|The monster is made of]] [[Getting Crap Past the Radar|blood.]]
**The DARK Aqua monsters revolving around the [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Prison_Island_Ane_Go_Rock Prison Island Ane Go Rock] are themed around prison warden... With [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Kanan_the_Warden_Mistress heavy] [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Enguarding_Mermaid BDSM] [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Dian_Keto_the_Prison_Master undertones] that would most likely go over the head of a good number of kids, but not the adults.
** Drillago. He has a drillbit sticking out right where his penis would be.
**While not as explicit as the above example, [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Accel_Wonder_Supra Accel Wonder Supra] does have a rather suggestive kneeling pose, which becomes raunchier combined with her eye-covering veil. [[Does This Remind You of Anything?|The way she holds her staff]] certainly doesn't help.
* The flavor text for the censored nekogal #1 refers to her as a "Pussy Fairy."... Yeah
**Look at [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Handy_Lady Handy Lady]'s name and [[Ms. Fanservice|design]], and then look at her flavor text.
**While not the most explicit example around, the artworks for some of the Psychic Musician-related cards such as [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Stardom_Light Stardom Light] and [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Excite_Time Excite Time] are at the very least raunchy enough to just casually appear in a game with a general age rating as low as ''Rush Duel''.
**Speaking of, one of the more explicit examples in the game would be the LIGHT Fiend monster [https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Royal_Demon's_Avant-garde Royal Demon's Avant-garde], whose appearance is literally a girl in skimpy outfit being [[Bound and Gagged]].
