ARCHON is no longer available because the service it was hosted on (Webs.com) was shut down. However, the only snapshot in the Wayback Machine points to a 404. I don’t know if you need permission before adding the MIA template and/or changing the article to past-tense and adding something about the fact that it is lost due to the host going under.

We're a wiki. We're crowd-sourced and crowd-written. If one of the crowd notices something like this, of course they can put the banner on the page. The worst that can happen is that we discover they're wrong, and then we take the banner off the page.
Is the impact of TV Tropes' moderation policies so great that people are actually afraid of making certain edits here? Have we somehow given the impression that certain kinds of edits -- outside of vandalism and spam -- are punishable offenses?

I’m not familiar with policy, but that may be a reason to add lost media related tropes.
