What do you say about renaming this "They are from out of the country" Excuse? or Foreginer Excuse?
Of those, I like "Foreigner Excuse"... but let's give other people a chance to offer titles as well.
"Foreigner Excuse" works for me.
And renamed.
We've got a better description, a better name, and eight examples. If we had a couple more examples, I'd grab a champagne bottle...
