This needs a better description

Some blatantly false claims are made -- for instance most of these examples do not come coupled with breaking through a barrier to look like The Shining. It's clear this is a Stock Phrase, it just needs to be presented more accurately.

And I'm still convinced the trope name should be Here's Johnny, not Here's X.

I took a stab at re-writing the description (and did a general grammar sweep of the entire page while I was at it). Fixed, or still needs work?

Nope, looks good. Kicking it out of the Workshop.

"X" other than "Johnny"?

For a trope with a metasyntactical variable in its name, there's not much variance between the examples -- they're all "Here's Johnny". If it's as commonly used for other names as claimed, surely there should be an easy one to find and include in the examples list.

If not, I suggest this be renamed to "Here's Johnny", as that's clearly a trope entirely on its own, as the Know Your Meme page on it demonstrates.

Agreed on the renaming. Any use of this phrase is obviously a shout-out to either McMahon or Nicholson, depending on the delivery, and Nicholson was quoting McMahon.
