Bit puzzled as to why this is here if it's not being slammed as horrible - being just that brutally difficult doesn't seem to fit the bill nearly as much IMO. Perhaps it's just a TVT artifact?

Almost certainly this is a leftover organizational artifact from TVT. We're always open to doing things better, if you have a proposal.
I mean, that's not something I can speak to or even really contemplate without a good while of poring over Darth Wiki at large, and most of my concern is specifically an "I don't see why this specifically gets placed here" issue - but on that note, "it wouldn't hurt to move this page" isn't much of a compelling rationale.
