It was probably fixed but the cache hasn't refreshed the data yet, so you'll get ghost results until it does.
What's the refresh time on the relevant cache? It's been about 14 hours since I marked the first of the four pages I've found so far that have this problem, and they're still showing up on the WhatLinksHere list.

And it's now been 38 hours and there are still three pages listed on the "Template:Redirect" wanted list. (The fourth fell off when I moved/renamed it yesterday; something about that wiped out or broke the illusory {{redirect}} the wiki insisted on seeing on that page.)
We have a ton of pages, and the server refresh only seems to hit a fraction of them each time. Give it a couple of days, and the rest should clear up.
The job rate for our server is a bit slow due to Orain's settings, and combined with the size of our wiki, it would take more than 24 hours for most of the wiki to completely refresh.
Okay, no prob. It's just my latent OCD being offended by the behavior. Either that or my Veruca Salt mode ("I want them to disappear nooooooooooow!).
That's understandable. If it's really necessary, you could always go on IRC and ask the Orain guys to force a server update to speed things up.
