Even if you do assume that the characters are moving at superhuman speed and can take more actions in 11 seconds than most people can, the dialogue that both characters say would easily take longer than 11 seconds combined.

He speed blitzes behind a shocked Byakuya, and instead of just stabbing him in the back, he TAUNTS Byakuya beforehand (who only turns around in shock after Ichigo is finished) and only moves to stab him after the taunt—when it's too late.
