- For the first two episodes of The Cape, the titular character doesn't wear a mask, relying on the hood of his cape to hide his identity. That bothered me for the a while. Then came the part where the Mentor confiscated the cape, and Vince puts together an alternate costume. He screams as he puts the mask on, and that's when I made the connection: at the beginning of the show, Chess' Mooks tied a mask onto his face and sicced the police on him. He got chased through the train yard by a helicopter. Of course he's got an aversion to wearing masks. -- Classified
