The Insane Quest of Unfathomable Randomness/YMMV
- Non Sequitur Scene: The portal gun fight.
- And the party to clebrate the RP's one-year anniversary. But who cares? It was cool.
- Complete Monster: Sola Soulhawk.
- Crazy Awesome: Ein and Frost.
- Cross the Line Twice: WHERE. DO. WE. EVEN. 'START'!?
- Crowning Moment of Awesome: It has it's own page now.
- Crowning Moment of Funny: Quite a few. Notable ones include:
- As stated above, Nintendoki's Brawl-induced rampage.
- Hades greeting Smoosh after they have been killed by Sola.
Hades: Welcome to Hell, FUCKERS! |
- Crowning Moment of Heartwarming: The cast's reunion with Nico at the end of Chapter IV.
- Snow's final farewell to the original quest.
- Fridge Brilliance: When Smoosh meets up with Link in the first chapter, he acts as though he's never met any of the heroes before, including Luna. Four chapters later, Luna has a flashback depicting Link rescuing her from Dolphin and Sola two thousand years ago. At first this just seems like a case of Snow being forgetful, until you realize that, due to the complicated timeline of the Legend of Zelda games, the Link encountered in Chapter I and the Link in Luna's flashback are most likely two different people altogether.
- The flashback also results in further Fridge Brilliance as an explanation as to how Luna obtained the Master Sword.
- Another example: In Chapter V, Washington is shown to have a deep seated hatred for sharks. This doesn't seem all that significant at first, until you meet his brother...
- Growing the Beard: Lightning Snow and most of the players agree that this happened around Chapter III.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: "You know what? I don't want to think up a deep, well-thought out RP. i'm just going insane and winging it."
- Iron Woobie: Arguably Luna.
- Jerk Sue: Sarah could be viewed as a Deconstruction of this. She acts like a jerk to the others, but instead of her being Easily Forgiven, they just get pissed off at her.
- Mary Sue/ Parody Sue: Ace and Lori, your mileage may vary on which one it is.
- Nightmare Fuel: Sola should not be allowed anywhere near scissors.
- Real Women Never Wear Dresses: Subverted with Sarah- despite being a tough-as-nails warrior who beats the crap out of monsters for a living, threatens her teammates with violence and even stabbed a guy in the face with a broken rum bottle during a fight, expresses that she has no qualms with wearing dresses (except for the fact that they are an impractical choice of clothes when it comes to fighting) or the color pink.
